Our male Salvation Army Trombone player is in fine condition. My musical background is limited so this may be a trumpet and not a trombone but I am not sure.. There is a chip on the underside of the green base but it is not noticeable when he is displayed. See penultimate picture. It is signed by Biers. The caroler also has his original tag.
